We share a portion of our commission with the buyer. Rebates received by our buyer clients come solely from our share of the commission.
We will handle the transaction paperwork and communication as any other full service broker would. Our agents are available to assist our buyers in making offers and preparing for closing. In addition, our customer service representatives are available.
